Water Damage in Office Building
This office flooded as a result of a broken pipe, flooding the office space seen here, the bathrooms, and several other spaces in the building. The water doesn't look too deep, but any water in a building can easily and quickly cause problems.
In this situation, the SERVPRO technicians had to remove wooden flooring from another area in this building because the water had seeped underneath the boards.
The second picture shows a technician drilling holes in the wall near the floor. This allows air to flow through the wall cavity, which makes the evaporation process faster and ultimately the drying time for a building.
